“We are big travellers and have been all around the world many times. We go to Sydney at least 3 or 4 times a year and just this year discovered Balmain Wharf Apartments. What a find! We stayed there over Easter in Apartment 1 and my sister stayed in Apartment 4 and we absolutely loved everything about it.
Access to anywhere is a breeze - the ferry was so convenient and so pleasant. One morning we needed an early start (before ferry began) to go to the Easter show and we got the bus from outside the door and that was so easy too. Every day, we either caught the ferry or the bus to go somewhere and even though the weather was rainy, this was no bother as all the transport was right outside our door.
The apartment was very clean, comfortable, quiet and had everything you could possibly require. My husband thought he had died and gone to heaven when he discovered there was even Sky Racing and all the Fox Sports channels on the TV. The view of the Harbour Bridge and the sunrises from our lounge were breathtaking. One morning a P&O Cruise Ship came through under the bridge and we felt we could've put our hand out and touched it, it was so close and it docked just over the other side from us.
The sandstone walls in the apartment were beautiful as was all the decor. As we met up with friends in the city we kept inviting them back over to have a 'look' at our find. We ate meals at the many restaurants up the street, shopped in the many shops up there as well and even discovered that world class famous bakery, Adriana Zumba.
We will definitely be back but now afraid it will be discovered by too many people and it will be difficult to get availability. But that being selfish!!!! Good luck to you and you have the absolute best apartment we have ever stayed at anywhere in Sydney.”

The view was brilliant. The furnishings wonderfully tasteful. The large windows being open really give the space a soothing relaxing feeling – you're so close to the city yet nicely across the water.
For the corporate market the reading titles available, as well as the stocked kitchen for entertaining possibilities is super. There is everything a person might need for a wide range of activities. Love the touch of the international power plug adaptor. Super close to cafes for breakfast - restaurants also (just not open on Monday nights sadly).
Absolutely adore the welcome basket - such a great touch for a corporate focus. The inclusion of fruit, juice in the fridge, as well as milk (as opposed to UHT) highlighted good health in a busy corporate lifestyle.
Last night all we missed was a lighter / matches for the candle – a problem very easily solved. :-)

Also the welcome pack was very nice to have when we arrived... We will definitely try to stay at Balmain again we we revisit Australia as the position of the apartment was wonderful!! My wife bumped into another guest on the landing outside our apartment.
They exchanged pleasantries and both commented on how gorgeous the Balmain Wharf Apartments were. "Don't tell anyone," the woman insisted. "We need to keep this place to ourselves."
When my wife told her that wasn't possible because we were staying here to write this review, she warned that she was willing to toss me down the stairs to keep it a secret.
